There are many games you can play at the pool table. There are three types of pool table games: cut-throat and bowlliards. Each game is played using a cueball. The cue ball falls into the pocket when it hits the table.
Bowlliards
The table that is used to play pool is called the billiard table. It is a bounded table that is elevated off the floor to accommodate the cue ball and is typically made of quarried slate. The table is covered with a cloth and is surrounded by vulcanized rubber cushions.
Cut-Throat
Cut-Throat, which refers to using the cue balls to foul other pool players, is a type foul. This is similar to fouls in other pool games like jumping the cue ball off the table or taking the cue ball. Cut-throat pool does have some important differences. First of all, players who foul each other must call the ball before they shoot it. This is because the ball is returned back to the table if the other player does not call it.

One-Pocket Pool
One-Pocket Pool requires a pool table with a set number of pool balls. You must aim to place the number-coded balls in the designated pockets. Object balls can also be used. The first player to pot every ball into his/her designated pocket wins the game. A player who fouls 3 times in a row is out of the game.
Straight Pool
Straight Pool is a game of billiards that is played with a cue. The object of straight pool is to make as many billiards balls as possible and not foul. Straight pool is also known as rack and continuous pool.
Cut-Throat remains the most popular game at a pool-table table
Cut-Throat refers to a pool game played with three or more people. You must eliminate all other players by taking their balls and becoming last. Also known as elimination pool, the game involves a series of moves. Each player has a specific number of balls to use, and each player takes turns trying to pocket a ball into a pocket. The last person standing is declared the winner.
Unintentional balls kept in a pocket
Unintended balls must be kept in a pocket when playing pool table games. The eight-ball is the last to be retrieved. A foul of pocketing the 8 ball too early can result in the loss of the game. The 8 ball is black in color.

Contactless payment methods
Contactless payment systems can be a great alternative to carrying cash around. Some pubs are already adopting these methods, such as The Billesley in Kings Heath, Birmingham. This technology will make it possible for players to pool without worrying about changing the currency.
Rules
Pool requires players to use both safety and attack to get the balls off the table. The rules of pool are simple and there are 16 balls. The rules can be difficult to learn if players don't practice enough.
