
The Billiard Congress of America (BCA), a leader in promoting billiards throughout the United States, is the place to go if you are a player or just a fan. It has a headquarters in Broomfield Colorado and a presence in Atlanta Georgia. As an organization, BCA is involved in all facets of the sport, and has been instrumental in the promotion of snooker and 3-Cushion billiards.
BCA is also an governing body responsible for overseeing and providing input to the rules and specifications of tournaments and games. BCA has a significant role in the sanctioning of tournaments. It also offers education resources and leadership opportunities that promote the game and pool.
The BCA has played a large role in the promotion of the game of pool, and has been a prominent organizer of billiard sports in the United States for more than a century. The organization promotes pool by offering leadership opportunities and education, as well as scholarships that support the next generation. The Official Rules and Records Book (or Official Rules and Records Book) is one of the many activities that the organization has undertaken. It has also hosted the BCA Expo since 1982. It will unite with the Amusement Expo International (AEI) for the first time during the March 27-30, 2023 event in Las Vegas.

Billiard Congress of America Official Rules and Records Book also remains in the BCA. It contains rules for all billiards games including nine-ball. The book also includes rules for games not open to international competition.
Although the BCA doesn't focus as much on league play than the Billiards Association of America, (APA), it is one of the biggest supporters of the game. It offers leadership opportunities, educational resources and referral services.
